Uranian Astrology & Cosmobiology in Cosmic Health Assessment

Introduces Uranian Astrology and Cosmobiology, 90° dials, midpoints, and medical planetary pictures for multidimensional assessment.

Prerequisite: Completion of Year One
COURSE 4

Planetary Revolutions in Medical Astrology

Master Solar Returns, Lunar Returns, Embolismic Lunations, and eclipses to forecast periods of heightened vulnerability and recovery.

Prerequisite: Uranian Astrology & Cosmobiology in Cosmic Health Assessment
COURSE 5

Advanced Predictive Methods in Medical Astrology

Integrates transits, secondary directions, solar arcs, graphic ephemerides, and the OSA Research Apprenticeship into one advanced framework.

COURSE 1Year One · Semester I

Foundations of Classical Medical Astrology

Prerequisite: FOCA

This course marks the formal beginning of medical astrology study at Oraculos. Students develop the technical framework necessary to understand the relationship between astrology, anatomy, physiology, temperament, and constitutional health.

In this course, students will:

  • Learn zodiacal correspondences between the signs and regions of the body.
  • Study planetary rulerships of anatomy and physiological processes.
  • Calculate and apply the Arabic Part of Sickness.
  • Examine how planetary dignity and debility relate to vitality and imbalance.
  • Assess psychological constitution through classical techniques.
  • Apply these principles through medical horary and decumbiture chart practice.
Course Outcome:

Students complete this semester with a systematic framework for understanding the relationship between astrology, psychology, physiology, and constitutional health.

Natal-Based Medical Astrology
COURSE 2Year One · Semester II

Natal-Based Medical Astrology

Prerequisite: Foundations of Classical Medical Astrology

This semester develops the student’s ability to perform comprehensive natal-based medical astrology assessments through intensive case study and application of the OSA Medical Astrology Rubric.

In this course, students will:

  • Master the OSA Natal Astrology and Medical Astrology rubrics.
  • Identify astrological aspects with the strongest medical significance.
  • Recognize planetary combinations associated with recurring physiological and behavioral patterns.
  • Develop professional-level proficiency in natal medical astrology consultation.
  • Apply medical symbolism within the larger context of the complete natal chart.
Course Outcome:

By the end of Year One, students are prepared to conduct structured natal-based medical astrology assessments and interpret medical horary charts within a professional astrological framework.

Uranian Astrology & Cosmobiology in Cosmic Health Assessment
COURSE 3Year Two · Semester I

Uranian Astrology & Cosmobiology in Cosmic Health Assessment

Prerequisite: Completion of Year One

Students are introduced to Uranian Astrology and Cosmobiology as complementary analytical systems for medical chart interpretation.

In this course, students will:

  • Develop proficiency in Uranian methods of natal assessment.
  • Work with 360° and 90° dials.
  • Identify planetary midpoints and medical planetary pictures.
  • Integrate Uranian and traditional astrology for cross-validation.
  • Examine planets as major factors in constitutional vitality and health.
  • Complete an end-of-term research project using Uranian and Cosmobiological techniques.
Course Outcome:

Students learn to perform multidimensional medical astrology assessments by combining traditional medical astrology with Uranian and Cosmobiological methods.

COURSE 4Year Two · Semester II

Planetary Revolutions in Medical Astrology

Prerequisite: Uranian Astrology & Cosmobiology in Cosmic Health Assessment

This semester introduces predictive medical astrology through Solar Returns, Lunar Returns, Embolismic Lunations, eclipses, and other revolutional techniques.

In this course, students will:

  • Master the OSA Revolutional Astrology Rubric.
  • Apply Solar Returns to annual health assessment.
  • Use Lunar Returns to examine monthly patterns of vitality.
  • Study Embolismic Lunations as corroborative predictive tools.
  • Identify annual factors associated with health-related developments.
  • Integrate eclipses into medical timing analysis.
Course Outcome:

Students develop the ability to identify periods of increased vulnerability, recovery, transition, and change through structured predictive analysis.

Advanced Predictive Methods in Medical Astrology
COURSE 5Year Two · Semester III

Advanced Predictive Methods in Medical Astrology

Prerequisite: Planetary Revolutions in Medical Astrology

This capstone semester integrates the program’s predictive systems into one advanced framework. Students work with transits, secondary directions, solar arc directions, graphic ephemerides, and Uranian dials to examine medical timing with increasing precision.

In this course, students will:

  • Apply traditional and Uranian directional techniques.
  • Integrate transits, secondary directions, and solar arc directions.
  • Use the graphic ephemeris to track complex timing patterns.
  • Prepare for the final research-based examination.
  • Participate in the OSA Medical Astrology Research Apprenticeship.
Course Outcome:

Students complete the coursework with an integrated methodology for constitutional, natal, and predictive medical astrology.

FROM STUDY TO PRACTICE

The Medical Astrology Practicum

After completing the coursework, students enter the OSA Medical Astrology Practicum, where they begin applying their skills with real clients under guided mentorship.

The practicum is designed to bridge academic study and professional practice through supervised consultation, ethical development, case review, and group mentorship.

In the Practicum, Students Will:

  • Conduct supervised medical astrology consultations.
  • Receive feedback on technical interpretation and client communication.
  • Participate in group mentorship.
  • Refine ethical and professional standards.
  • Develop an independent research project focused on a specific pathology.

DEMONSTRATING MASTERY

Final Certification & Examination

The final stage of the program is designed to demonstrate technical proficiency, interpretive skill, research ability, and professional readiness.

The certification process consists of two parts:

PART 01

Live Client Demonstration

Students conduct a complete medical astrology consultation in real time, integrating natal and predictive analysis, consultation technique, and professional ethics.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Real-time chart synthesis, patient-practitioner boundaries, precise timing evaluation, and clear therapeutic communication.

PART 02

Research Presentation

Students complete and present an independent research project on a specific pathology.

The presentation includes:

  • An overview of the condition.
  • The physiological systems involved.
  • The student’s initial astrological hypothesis.
  • Findings from a minimum of ten case studies.
  • Final research conclusions.
DIPLOMA CONFERRAL

Upon successful completion of both examinations, students receive the OSA Medical Astrology Diploma.
